I get really excited when I hear Terry Chay is gonna give a PHP talk.
Last night, he spent nearly 90 minutes in CNET’s Magma conference room ranting about the value of using PHP more than toothpaste. This is the same room Terry organized a Lunch 2.0 at about six months ago.
If you are interested in high-level PHP development, watch the whole movie above. Even if you could care less about object-oriented programming, I guarantee you will enjoy the video I posted above.
Tychay proves that PHP is not about construction, but about engineering. A lot of the stuff was over my head, but I took detailed notes anyway. I will revisit them once I get better at PHP.
Here are .
I will definitely attend Terry’s next talk, wherever it is.
