A CSS trick blog

As a technical producer at CNET, I spend a lot of time updating and improving markup. As time goes on, I learn little CSS tricks here and there to make sites look good in all browsers. I always thought it would be a good idea to have a web coder’s strategy guide, but I never have time to work on sites that aren’t part of my job… unless I do it during my lunch break.

The best part is that anyone can contribute. Just contact me if you are interested.

I have invited people like Carl Harris, Jeremy Lwanga, and Scott Parsons (my three co-workers in tech production). I’ve invited Kevin Cupp from Virginia Tech, Daniel Burka from Digg. Oh, and who could forget Stephanie Chu from Rev3.

The site will have short snippets and tidbits that will help anyone trying to code a semantic XHTML document and make it look good.

Speaking of looking good, the site skin looks terrible right now, but Marc Mendell will be cooking up a new look for the site soon.

Great post. How very true! I'm finding twitterers that stick to only one type (esp. the clickers) can become annoying after a time. I had to remove a few when twitter became just a link blog for them.
