Flick Video is kind of a disappointment

I was really excited when I got an invitation to try Flickr video in beta. I uploaded about ten videos, and checked back every few hours to see if I had comments or more views.

Then I uploaded a video that was 10 minutes long, not realizing there was a time limit. I was horrified when it was clipped at the one minute mark. I agree with limiting bandwidth and storage, but why not limit the amount a user can upload per week instead of limiting the time of the video?

Flickr video is still enticing to me though. But Flickr adding video is like MySpace adding apps. The community is there, but someone else is already doing it better.
